Contributions to AEMPAC are voluntary and are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. You have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Federal law requires AEMPAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions to AEMPAC are used for political purposes and are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Only eligible individuals may contribute in accordance with applicable federal law.
